CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for considering dining with us at Lurra. We understand that plans can change, and we have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure efficient management of our reservations and to provide a fair service to all our guests. Please take note of the specific terms applicable to different types of bookings:
Bookings up to 8 guests in the dining room (non private and semi-private hire): In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of £25 per person will apply.
Bookings of more than 8 guests (non-private/semi private hire): For these bookings, a £500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. If the booking is not honoured or cancelled with less than 72 hours notice the deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
All private and semi-private hire bookings: - We require a pre-payment for all our large bookings which is the minimum spend, service charge and hire fee (if applicable). In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less that 14 days notice, a cancellation fee of £1000 will apply. In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less that 7 days notice, a cancellation fee of the full prepayment will apply.
Please note that cancellations should be made directly through our reservation team or the online booking platform you used. If our phone line is busy, please send an email to bookings@lurra.co.uk. Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the credit card provided during the reservation process. We value your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
